Birth Matters is thrilled to host the Fort Wayne Babywearing Group and their FREE baby wearing meetings!  So many families have asked for education about and practice with babywearing or are looking to learn more ways to wear their growing babies and this is the perfect opportunity.   This is a chance for baby wearing families to gather, create new friendships, give support and encouragment, offer hands-on baby wearing tips, and practice new techniques for wearing their babies and toddlers in safe carriers of all brands and types.

There is no one carrier brand or company associated with this group.  All styles of carriers will be used and encouraged!  If you have your own carrier(s), please bring them for additional practice!

This group will be led by Beth Ritzman, a local baby wearing mother passionate about the benefits of baby wearing for both parents and children.  She has been wearing her babies and toddlers in slings for over 10 years and discovered the love of using wraps with her youngest daughter.  She is excited to share her experience and learn along with others in this group.
